Bad idea & Good idea. Yet the point should be to enhance the shopping experience, not to distract a customer from browsing product.

Also, the backlash of these customers constantly running over the heels, children and charts of other shoppers will be enough to cause victim customers to shop at a competitors store to avoid “those idiot drivers”.
